Scilly, Scilly...

The Isles of Scilly (pronounced "silly") are a group of islands situated off the coast of Cornwall, 28 miles from Land's End.  The group consists of five inhabited islands, and over 100 small rocky islets.  Despite being part of the county of Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly have their own local authority.

Combined, the islands have a population of just over 2,000, and nearly 1,700 of these live on the largest island, St. Mary's.  Tourism accounts for 85% of the islands' income, and cut flowers (mostly daffodils) are the main export.  Here is a gallery of some of the sights of the Isles of Scilly.
